Thinking today of people I would really like to see—or, in your case, actually get to meet in person. 🙂
My mom is still with us in this world, but much diminished. I am truly, truly thankful that the Texas land sold when it did, and that we are not trying to guess every day what the Lord’s intentions are. She is very close now to the next life.
Jenna, you were wonderful to work with! Always so kind, so respectful of her! I’ll always be grateful for your good guidance. You were truly a gift.

Todd and I want to thank Jenna Hawkins for the sale of our ranch. We specifically hired Jenna due to her long experience and knowledge in selling land and ranches. We were thrilled to get an offer on our home within 45 days of listing with her. We ended up with a buyer that loved our ranch but unfortunately, they were very difficult and demanding. Due to Jenna’s expansive knowledge and being able to stay calm under pressure she was able to get this deal closed. As sellers, we know this sale would have never happened if it was not for Jenna getting us through the weekly hurdles with the buyer. I am so happy with the way she handled herself from the beginning to the end and she represented us exactly as we wanted. It is always challenging to sell a large home and even harder when it’s a ranch and land. My advice to anyone reading this is to make sure you have a very experienced and knowledgeable agent otherwise it will be a disaster. Jenna knows what she is doing and that can make or break a deal. Thank you again for seeing us through the sale of our home.

“My family and I have had the opportunity to enlist Jenna and Tom’s help in selling two pieces of real estate during the last two years. One property is located in Young County and the deal was about one million dollars. The other property consists of about 1,000 acres located in Montague County. The sales price was greater than 2.6 million dollars. In both cases the properties sold in less than a year at prices at the upper end of the comparables.
Jenna and Tom market to potential clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and beyond where a greater number of potential buyers have the resources to close a deal. In addition, Jenna and Tom know land since both live in the country and have cattle and horses.
In the case of our property in Young County, Jenna brought in a professional to create a video of the house and property. The video could be viewed by anyone from Jenna and Tom’s website.
Both Jenna and Tom are proactive and keep in close contact with their clients. They are always available and never hesitate to go to bat for their clients. If we ever have real estate to sell, Jenna and Tom will be the first people we call. We always recommend them to anyone who either wants to buy or sell real estate.”
